Asian College has always been supportive in giving importance of employee sports festivals, highlighting how they contribute to enhanced camaraderie, improved physical health, and increased overall productivity within the institution. In today’s fast-paced corporate world, fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee well-being and team spirit among the various initiatives undertaken, organizing an annual Employee Sports Fest has emerged as a popular and effective strategy.
A one day event in which AC employees get to have a friendly competition and collaborative activities to help break down barriers, encourage communication, and build trust among team members. The employees were divided into two teams, the red and blue, with members being evenly allocated based on each team member’s skills and shortcomings.

- Basketball Mix
- Tug of War
- Basketball (men)
- Volleyball (men & women)
- Scrabble
- Chess
- Table Tennis
- Badminton
Although the RED team was declared the overall winner, both teams jointly celebrated their triumph. It is during this time that employees will have a platform to showcase their skills, challenge themselves, and engage in friendly competition with their peers. This healthy rivalry fosters a sense of achievement, self-motivation, and personal growth. Recognizing and rewarding outstanding performances during the event boosts employee morale and reinforces a culture of excellence within the organization.
