Online Public Access Catalog

An OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) is a digital library catalog that allows users to search and find materials like books, journals, and theses in a library’s collection through an online interface.

Starbooks

As part of the DOST-Science and Technology Information Institute’s (DOST-STII) mandate to promote science and technology information, STARBOOKS, or the Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly Operated KioskS, was launched in 2011 to serve as a free stand-alone supplemental tool for research, teaching, and learning needs of users even without the internet.
