Enrollment Guide

Senior High School

New Students and Transferees

1. Registration
Proceed to the Marketing & Admissions Office and ask for assistance. Bring your enrollment requirements.
2. Payment
Proceed to the Cashier's Office and pay the P500 registration fee. Don't forget to get the official receipt.
3. Uniform Sizing
Proceed to Room 202 for your uniform sizing.
4. Attend your Classes
Wait for your advisers to contact you through text or social media for your official group chat.

College

New Students

1. Registration
Proceed to the Marketing & Admissions Office and ask for assistance. Make sure to bring your requirements.
2. Subject Assessment
Proceed to the Registrar's Office and ask for your printed assessment for the semester.
3. Payment
Proceed to the Cashier's Office and pay your school fees. Don't forget to get the official receipt.
4. Stamp Enroll
Go back to the Registrar's Office and bring your printed assessment and official receipt. Sign the Student CE form for you to be officially enrolled.
5. School Accounts
Secure your Asian College email and SIMS account in the MIS Office (Room 105)
6. Uniform Sizing
Proceed to PPF Office (Room 202) for your uniform sizing.
7. Attend your classes
Check your SIMS account to view your subject schedule and school fees.

Transferees

1. Registration
Proceed to the Marketing & Admissions Office and ask for assistance. Make sure to bring your requirements.
2. Subject Evaluation
Proceed to the Program Chair's Office to get your evaluated subjects for the semester.
3. Subject Assessment
Proceed to the Registrar's Office and ask for your printed assessment for the semester.
4. Payment
Proceed to the Cashier's Office and pay your school fees. Don't forget to get the official receipt.
5. Stamp Enroll
Go back to the Registrar's Office and bring your printed assessment and official receipt. Sign the Student CE form for you to be officially enrolled.

Submit the needed enrollment requirements.
3. Registration
Fill out the Registration, Commitment of Undertaking and Training Agreement Forms.
4. Attend your classes
Check your subject schedule that will be given by the TVET Officer.
