Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM)
This program is designed to provide the students with the necessary skills and knowledge in the areas of service, operations, and management in the hospitality industry. It will prepare students who are globally competitive as hospitality practitioners. Courses in the program provide the students with an understanding and appreciation of the different sectors in the hospitality industry such as culinary, front office, tourism, and hotel operations. The practicum will give exposure to the students as they apply the different theories and principles learned.
Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM)
This program prepares students become highly skilled tourism management professionals. Courses in the program provide students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude in the different sectors of the tourism industry such as tourism operations and tour guiding. Aside from learning the basic competencies in becoming a professional tourism consultant or adviser, courses in becoming an entrepreneur in the tourism industry will also be learned. The integration of theories learned inside the classroom and on-the-job training will prepare the students to be globally competitive in tourism management operations.
2-Year Hospitality and Restaurant Services (HRS) Program
Asian College’s Hotel and Restaurant Services (HRS) curriculum prepares students for supervisory and managerial positions in hotels, motels, resorts, inns, restaurants, country clubs and cruise ships.
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, attitudes and competencies necessary in domestic and international hotel and restaurant operations and cruise ship operations.
